All Levels Yoga

All Levels Yoga is just as it sounds. During this class, classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment and options for modifications. The class is tailored to the students' needs wherever they need to be met. This class is appropriate for people brand new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time.


Like all yoga classes at Bristol Yoga Studio, this class is tailored to the folks who are there. Be willing to show up and meet yourself whereever you are that day. So if you've been practicing for some time and want to take it up a notch, you can feel free to deepen your practice in this class. Conversely, if yu're brand new to yoga, you're welcome in this class to learn the basics of hte practice. Most important is that you listen to your body and take this time to deepen your connection to self.
