Now in its tenth semester, The Partnership for Community Development is committed to raising awareness about community development issues, to strengthening the professional skills of the housing and community development industry, and to attracting a new generation of professionals to the field.

About the Program: The Partnership offers both a five-course Housing, Economic and Community Development Certificate program and a concentration in Community Development in the Bachelor of General Studies.  Courses in these programs cover an overview of community development issues, non-profit management, housing and real estate development, economic development, strategic planning, city and state government, and other related topics.
