Enjoying the Nighttime Summer Sky: An Astronomy Program

George N. Huftalen of the Astronomical Society of Southern New England will lead a talk including astronomy highlights for beginners, how to find the North Star, The Summer Triangle, Saturn and some lovely Deep Sky objects in Telescope and Binoculars.  We will look at photos and star maps inside the library and then go outside to enjoy the nighttime sky through a telescope set up on Main Street, weather permitting! Presented as part of the library's Adult Summer Reading Club, "Between the Covers".
