As part of our commitment to bring more yoga to more people, Bristol Yoga Studio is offering a free summer series of yoga classes. Join us for a hour yoga class that will include discussion of yoga techiniques, philosophy and aspects, as well as some movement and poses. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, as it presents an opportunity to discuss and learn about yoga in an open and light way.
The fall series is held on Sundays from 6-7pm, and starts September 11, 2011 and is hosted by a different Bristol Yoga Studio teacher each week:
