Full Moon on the Farm

Join fellow nature lovers and astronomers under the full moon at Mount Hope Farm in Bristol, offering public access and walking trails across 127 acres of preserved lands. Walkers will gather at the Barn before heading down on foot to the Farm's Cove Cabin overlooking Mt. Hope Bay/Bridge; our guests will be invited to sip a glass of cool lemonade and enjoy a homemade cookie (or two) before continuing on to watch the moon rise over the bay (@7:30 pm). On the way back we'll listen for the howl of coyotes or the hoot of the Great Horned Owl or even the call of the Screech Owl. If sky conditions permit, we may even see the International Space Station. Guided groups will leave the Barn at 6:15 and 6:30 pm.
