Inc. vs. LLC – What is the best entity choice for your business?  This question will be the focus of a seminar given on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 from 12 – 1:30 pm and again on Thursday, February 10^th from 6 – 7:30 pm at the East Bay Chamber of Commerce located at 16 Cutler Street in Warren .
