Explore Prudence Island's cultural and natural history while visiting some of the lush summer gardens kept by island residents. This garden tour is hosted by the Audubon Society of RI.
The day begins at 9:45 am to meet the 10:00 am ferry in Bristol for a half-hour ride to Prudence Island.
An educator from the Narragansett Bay Research Reserve (www.nbnerr.org) will greet the group at the ferry landing. From there the will leave in an ASRI 12-passenger van with stops along the way to visit several of the gardens and other sites along the way.

This is primarily a van tour but will include several stops and a few short walks (5-10 minutes) to access gardens and historic features. There is only 1 restroom stop in the middle of the day.
Cost: $12 for ASRI members; $16 non-members.
