Qi Gong Workshop for Beginners

Qigong, pronounced “chi kung” and is a practice of combining breath, movement and concentration to increase health, energy and vitality. Like yoga, it is appropriate for any fitness level.

This workshop is offered by John Wescott, a certified Qi Gong instructor and Bristol Yoga Studio yoga instructor on a donation basis, so please bring whatever you’d like to pay to support the studio and the instructor.
