"Thanksgiving on Ice" - the ninth annual John Paul Medeiros Jr. Memorial Cup Hockey night - matches the boys' teams from Barrington and Mt. Hope high schools. The event is the only fundraiser for the J. P. Medeiros Memorial Scholarship Fund, which supports scholarships for Barrington and Mt. Hope student-athletes to continue their educations after high school. A girls' game between Barrington and LaSalle starts at 6 pm.
