WPS Oral History team members will hold a meeting at the Warren Senior Center on Thursday May 12th in an effort to collect information on notable events in Warren’s 20th century history, and gather suggestions for interviewee subjects for this oral history project. Residents who have stories about early life in Warren, or know of people who do, should consider coming out to this meeting.
The team of volunteers will discuss the WPS Oral History Project and collect ideas from residents about possible leads, topics, interesting events and people to interview for this project.
At the May 12th meeting, the team of volunteers will also hand out a questionnaire that will help the researchers define topics and areas of interest. The next stage will be to contact potential interviewees and make arrangements to interview and document their stories.
