
Ready to take your practice to the next level? Arm balances are challenging poses, requiring your strength and focus, and dedication. But hey, what doesn't? My mother used to say that anything worth doing is worth doing well. So, come to this workshop and learn the safe and proper techiniques for getting into your favorite arm balances.
We'll start with a warm up asana practice to get your blood flowing and get the prana moving. Then we'll workshop several arm balances poses, breakdown the alignment and different techniques to get in and stay in the pose. You'll get a chance to watch someone else do the poses, talk about typical misalignments, get one-on-one instruction on getting your body in and out of the poses we learn, and finish with a sweet savasana. Eat a light and early lunch before you come and come with an open mind and a playful attitude.
