Meet past participants and Coaches. Learn about how this 10-week weight loss program that is geared towards individuals who want to compete as part of a team to lose more weight than they have ever lost before.

  • Teams from all 4 RI & MA Total Fitness Clubs participate in this program.
  • Past participants of our Challenges have ranged in age from 17-70 and have achieved an average weight loss of 13-14% (as much as 50-60 pounds – healthy and maintained).
