The Pleasurable, Edible Garden – Wednesday, March 16 (Snow Date March 23)

Presented in collaboration with the Bristol Historical & Preservation Society

Edible gardens are making a huge comeback. Long relegated to the distant corners of backyards, vegetable gardens are taking their rightful place as destinations that are at once pretty, peaceful and productive. Jeremy Brodeur, RI Certified Horticulturalist and AOLCP Principal, will discuss historical and contemporary examples of ornamental edible gardens, and provide tips on how to create one. Get a behind the scenes look at the design, installation and future of the new edible garden at Mount Hope Farm.
