Gallery: Nation's Oldest 4th of July Parade in Bristol
Bands, floats lead parade for 230th consecutive year.
Thousands of spectators lined Hope and High streets Saturday morning as the oldest 4th of July Parade in the country made its way through the historic town for the 230th consecutive year.
Led by Chief Marshal State Rep. Raymond Gallison, the parade featured bands from right at home and around the country, colorful floats, dancers, and the usual assortment of dignataries.
