German Shepherd Shot, Cops Looking for Shooter

The dog has recovered from her injuries and police, along with the RISPCA, are offering a reward for information leading to the suspect.

A 16-month-old German shephard was shot earlier this month and Warren Police are asking for help in the search for the shooter.

The dog has recovered from the injuries after she was shot near Barton Avenue on May 6. 

Police are now working with the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention to Cruelty to Animals and are offering a reward for information leading to the suspect.

Police did not say what type of gun was used to shoot the dog.
