Grand Jury Indicts Warren Man for Robbery
Jason DeFusco, 44, will be arraigned on a first-degree robbery charge.
WARREN, RI—The Providence Grand Jury on Feb. 10 reported out an indictment charging Jason DeFusco with one count of first degree robbery, according to Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin's office.
DeFusco, 44, of Warren, is accused of robbing an individual in Warren on Aug. 22. He will be arraigned in Superior Court on March 1.
Kilmartin's office pointed out the charge is an allegation, and DeFusco is innocent until proven guilty.
