- 21-ounce bag of any kind of chocolate, white chocolate or butterscotch chips
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
Butter an 8-inch by 8-inch of 9-inch by 13-inch non-stick pan. Place the bits in the pan, pour in the condensed milk and cook in the oven on low until they are all melted. Then, add the extract and the nuts. Remove and let it cool. (Note: the fudge will come out thicker in the small pan and thicker in the larger pan.)
Pat said you can get creative. She made her white chocolate fudge by adding maple flavoring and walnuts. She added vanilla extract and almonds to make her butterscotch fudge, and her chocolate fudge had vanilla extract and walnuts.

She's gone even further and made mint chocolate chip fudge with pistacchios, nuts and vanilla extract.
"You can make any variety you like," she said. "It comes out perfect everytime. It's so good."
Enjoy and Merry Christmas!
