Thomas Culora, regional artist, retired US Navy Captain and current Dean at the US Naval War College's Center for Naval Warfare Studies talks about his journey before, during, and after his command of USS BOXER (LHD-4) and his current role a leader, researcher and artist.

Mr. Culora will tell tales of being a Captain of an assault carrier as well as stories about sailors relating to training, opportunity and dedication, and the unique perspective of looking at a cruising sailboat from aboard a huge military ship.
