LOOKING FOR A LOST PET

When an animal goes missing what should a person do.  The first thing to do would be to check with your local animal shelter.  For some reason people do not think to do this.  There is always a chance that your pet may have been picked up by the local animal control officer and brought to the shelter for safe keeping until the owner comes looking for it.  How many animals are picked up and no one comes looking for them and they sit there waiting to see a familiar face like this poor cat.   Found in the East Warren area on Child St.  if anyone knows who this cat belongs to please tell them to call the Warren Shelter at (401) 245-4569. Please check the shelter.
