Monday: Mount Hope Bridge Repairs to Resume

BRISTOL, RI—Starting March 20, lane closures will impact traffic on the Mount Hope Bridge, according to the state Turnpike and Bridge Authority. The closures, which will occur daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., are due to paint and steel repairs on the bridge's south approach and to concrete work on the deck walkways.

Also expect, some limited night work on the bridge from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., which will necessitate periodic lane closures, RITBA said.
