Sexual Assault; Teens Accused Of Liquor Store Theft: Warren Police Log

WARREN, RI — The following people were arrested by Warren police between Feb. 13 and Feb. 26.

Feb. 13

9:20 a.m. — Francisco Javier Muniz Rentas, 29, of Providence, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault.

4:35 p.m. — A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were both charged with shoplifting from a liquor store on Metacom Avenue. Police said both teens stole several bottles of liquor and ran away on foot before being caught.

Feb. 15

1:45 a.m. — Tylor Krueger, 25, of New Bedford, Massachusetts, was charged with a bench warrant issued from Third District Court.

Feb. 16

1:23 a.m. — John Penatzer, 56, of Bristol, was charged with DUI liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

3:23 p.m. — Daniel Koehler, 34, of Warren, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license (fourth offense).

Feb. 17

9:36 a.m. — Troy Donahue, 56, of Warren, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault and/or battery (first offense) and domestic violence-disorderly conduct (first offense).

Feb. 21

11:41 p.m. — James Lefort, 53, of Bristol, was charged with driving with a suspended/revoked/canceled license (fourth offense).

Feb. 26

12:53 a.m. — Jessica Correia, 32, of Bristol, was charged with was charged with DUI liquor (first offense) and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
