Traffic Alert: Mount Hope Bridge 5K
The northbound lane will be closed Saturday at 7:30 a.m. for about half an hour.
BRISTOL, RI – The Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority is closing the northbound lane of the Mount Hope Bridge on Saturday morning, for the authority's foundation to host the inaugural Century 21 Topsail Realty Mount Hope Bridge 5k. The lane will be closed for about half an hour. A police detail will be on premise to alternate travel utilizing a single lane. This alternating pattern will cause delays until around 8 a.m., RITBA said.
