Warren Police Log: Domestic, Disorderly, Fugitive

The following arrests are based on reports of the Warren Police Department. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.


The Warren Police Department made the following arrests this week:

Giovanni Edward Desousa, 20, of Locust Terrace in Warren, was charged with domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct.

Nicholas E. Serbst, 21, of 7 Basswood Drive, Bristol, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest

Justin C. Benjamin, 25, of 44 Union St., Warren, was arrested as a fugitive from justice.

Joseph A. Opielawski, 27, of 96 Taylor Drive, East Providence, was arrested on a bench warrant for an initial charge of larceny over $500.

John Oliveira III, 30, of 7 Overhill Road, Warren, was arrested on a Sixth District Court bench warrant after officers pulled him over at Metacom and Patterson avenues.

Collin A. Gaska, 26, of 14 Peckham Place, Bristol, was arrested on a Sixth District Court bench warrant.
