Warren Town Beach Closed to Swimming

High bacteria counts have closed the beach to swimming.

The state Department of Health is recommending the closure of Warren Town Beach to swimming after elevated bacteria levels were detected in the waters recently.

The health department will keep checking water quality and will announce a reopening whenever bacteria counts dip below the acceptable limit.
