• New Study in RI Finds Some of the Police and Flock… (golocalprov.com) — Central Falls is named among Rhode Island communities that, according to a new ACLU report, do not disclose which agencies they receive data from when using Flock Safety license plate cameras. The investigation argues that both the company and many police departments fall short on transparency, raising privacy concerns about a 280‑camera surveillance network operating across the state.
