50 MPH Wind Gusts for Coventry Today

A wind advisory was issued for Coventry, as gusts could reach 50 mph.

The strong winds could knock tree limbs into power lines, possibly causing outages, according to the National Weather Service. There’s a chance of a small amount of snow in the afternoon. Temperatures will plunge down to about 20 degrees at night.

Temperatures will get even colder later this week. On Wednesday, the low will be 5 degrees, NWS said.

• Monday: Mostly clear. Wind gusts up to 50 mph. Small chance of snow. High of 41 degrees, low 19.
• Tuesday: Chance of snow. High 26, low 22.
• Wednesday: Chance of snow. High 29, low 5.
• Thursday: Mostly sunny. Chance of showers at night. High 21, low 17.
• Friday: Chance of snow. High 31, low 19.
