• Coventry Planners Approve 360-Unit Mishnock Woods Project (upriseri.com) — Coventry's Planning Commission has cleared the Mishnock Woods housing project to move forward at 360 units, with 25% reserved as affordable housing at 1055 Tiogue Avenue. After debating sizes from 300 to 400 units, members settled on 360, balancing density, parking and townwide housing goals; traffic and emergency access will get closer review at upcoming stages.
   

• New Study in RI Finds Some of the Police and Flock… (golocalprov.com) — Coventry is one of the few Rhode Island jurisdictions using Flock license-plate cameras without even maintaining a public transparency portal, according to a new ACLU report. The study says many departments statewide withhold key data on camera use and data-sharing, and criticizes Flock for blocking historical website access, raising broader questions about how this surveillance network is monitored.
