BCBSRI Customer Service Locations/Retail Location Closed Wednesday

Due to poor weather conditions on Wednesday, February 5, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) will close its two walk-in customer service locations:

- The Blue Advantage Center retail location located at 300 Quaker Lane, Warwick  

- BCBSRI customer service located at 500 Exchange Street in downtown Providence 

BCBSRI customer service will be available by phone at 401-459-5000 or 800-639-2227.
