In the little town of Covington, Georgia where farmland, forests and
fields are equivalent to the urban streets of any big city, there lived a
man with a shadowed past, and an intense love for music. After many
years of various projects, this troubled southerner just wasn’t finding
his spot. When hope was almost entirely lost within the Deep South, the
crops cleared, and Psychopathic Records came into view. Fully equipped
with his cowboy gear and face paint, the Southern Skarcrow, Boondox,
emerged from the backwoods to do what he does best: create wicked music
with a southern twist.
quickly established himself as a Juggalo superstar. With his blue collar
work ethic and foreboding stage presence, it became readily apparent
that Boondox understood the special magic that binds together the
Juggalo family. His subsequent releases “Krimson Kreek,” “Punkinhead,”
and “South of Hell” further explored and built upon his sinister
persona, as he spat rhymes that offered perceptive and fearless glimpses
into the darkness of the human condition.
