Boondox (the Killer Scarecrow )

In the little town of Covington, Georgia where farmland, forests and

fields are equivalent to the urban streets of any big city, there lived a

man with a shadowed past, and an intense love for music. After many

years of various projects, this troubled southerner just wasn’t finding

his spot. When hope was almost entirely lost within the Deep South, the

crops cleared, and Psychopathic Records came into view. Fully equipped

with his cowboy gear and face paint, the Southern Skarcrow, Boondox,

emerged from the backwoods to do what he does best: create wicked music

with a southern twist.

With his first Psychopathic release “The Harvest” in 2006, Boondox

quickly established himself as a Juggalo superstar. With his blue collar

work ethic and foreboding stage presence, it became readily apparent

that Boondox understood the special magic that binds together the

Juggalo family. His subsequent releases “Krimson Kreek,” “Punkinhead,”

and “South of Hell” further explored and built upon his sinister

persona, as he spat rhymes that offered perceptive and fearless glimpses

into the darkness of the human condition.

Now Boondox has returned to unleash his darkest and most

thought-provoking album yet … “Abaddon,” an uncompromising work of

horrorcore art that invites the listener into a world where they are

challenged to look within themselves and confront the demons we all

carry.

“Abaddon” will be revealed on Tuesday, May 13, 2014
