Bracing for Another Boom at 2 p.m.

COVENTRY, RI — Police have received advance work that University of Rhode Island scientists and students plan to conduct another test at 2 p.m. Friday. Residents have expressed concern about the loud blasts connected to these tests, and police have been working with URI to let people know in advance.
