Caturday Christmas

COVENTRY, RI—So, we have a few pictures of the cats celebrating Christmas. (Equal time applies. Readers can send the dog's pictures, too.)

Here's Si from Coventry with a stack of presents. Si was on Santa's nice list.

Cindy Larson's cat helped with the wrapping, but found the whole thing a trifle boring.

Here's my cat, Nickle. She got a mechanical mouse. She said, "eek" and ran away. She got a tracker ball like her brother Asia used to like. I had to play with it. Then she got a catnip felt toy, which she gave to her sister, Twila. Then she fell asleep.

I woke her up to take her picture.
