Coventry Arrest Log: Dec. 3 to Dec. 10

COVENTRY, RI—Here are the arrests from Dec. 3 through Dec. 10, according to the Coventry Police Department.

Dec. 3

James Bartlett, 56, of Coventry, was charged with driving on a suspended license, first offense.

Dec. 4

Jared A. Dasnabedian, 26, of Coventry, was arrested on a court warrants and for driving after his license was suspended, his third offense.

Jezreel R. Bergollo, 23, of Providence, was charged with violating the weapons (other than firearms) law and for driving after his license was suspended, his third offense.

Dec. 5

Jameson M. Phoenix, 24, of Providence, was charged with Driving under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense; Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. He was also cited for lane violations.

Dec. 6

Jeffrey Everitte Fiske, 43, of Coventry, was charged with larceny under $1,500.

Nicole J. Lombard, 36, of Dayville, Conn., was charged with assault on a person over 60 causing bodily injury (simple assault) and domestic disorderly conduct.

Dec. 7

Roy J. Palm, 34, of West Warwick, was picked up on a court warrant.

Stephanie Olson, 29, of Warwick, was arrested for shoplifting.

Carlos Anthony Benoit, 28, of Coventry, was charged with larceny under $1,500 (motor vehicle theft) and conspiracy.

Dec. 8

David A. Giorgio, 49, of Cranston, was picked up on a court warrant.

Toni M. Wright, 42, of West Warwick, was charged with driving after her license was suspended, first offense.

Dec. 9

Ty W. Bailey, 25, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense; Refusal to Submit to a Chemical TestOffenses; and Speeding more than 11 mph in excess of the posted speed limit. He was also cited for a turning violation.

Tiffany S. Pomales, 39, of West Warwick, was charged with driving on a suspended license, second offense; and driving on a suspended registration.

Edward R. Pimental, 28, of West Warwick, was charged with violating a no contact order.

Dec. 10

Brad C. Collins, 38, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the Influence of Drugs or Alcohol, first offense; Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, second offense; Refusal to Submit to a Preliminary Breath Test; and Speeding more than 11 mph over the posted speed limit. He was also cited for lane and turning violations.

Nicole Lorrie Maynard, 38, of Smithfield, was accused on April 26, 2016 of shoplifting; habitual offender, shoplifting; willful trespass; and conspiracy.

Donald L. Sheldon, 45, of Coventry, was charged with driving after his license was revoked.

Michele V. Rogowski, 44, of Coventry, was charged with driving on a suspended license, first offense. She was also cited for a turning violation.

Tina Furtado, 54, of Coventry, was picked up on a court warrant.
