Coventry Court Log Aug. 27: DUIs, Fireworks Possession, Reckless Driving

The following Coventry court cases were heard in Third Division District Court this week.

Kathleen E. Barton, 48, of 125 Abbot Ave., Warwick, pleaded no contest to reckless driving amended from a charge of driving under the influence. The case was filed for one year, her license was suspended for 45 days and she was ordered to pay $200 the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund.

David A. Boulanger, 40, of 55 Merryville St., Worcester, Mass., pleaded no contest to shoplifting. She was sentenced to one year at the Adult Correctional Institutions, five months to serve. She was also sentenced to probation.

Roxann Correia, 35, of 1399 Main St., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to prescription fraud. She was sentenced to 18 months of probation.

Frank Culhane, 27, of 112 Dunnell Ave., Pawtucket, pleaded no contest to possession of a stolen motor vehicle. He was sentenced to a five-year deferred sentence.

Joseph Hanley, 33, of 129 South Main St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to domestic malicious damage and domestic disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year or probation and ordered to make restitution.

Frank J. Izzo, 47, of 2 Breezy Lake Drive, Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence and refusing a chemical test. He was fined $900, his license was suspended for six months, he was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service and attend DWI school.

Christopher Lavoie, 19, of 20 Spring St., West Warwick, pleaded innocent to domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. The charges were dismissed at the victim’s request.

Luis Lopez, 39, of 14 Viola At., Providence, pleaded no contest to driving without a license. He was fined $350.

Eric E. Santos, 26, of 68 Maple Ave., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to cyberstalking, placing harassing phone calls and domestic disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to two-and-a-half years at the ACI, suspended, and ordered to obtain domestic violence counseling. He was also sentenced to probation.

Eric S. Sidhu, 32, of 55 Crossbow Lane, West Warwick, pleaded no contest to possession of hydrocodone and driving with a suspended license. He was fined $250, sentenced to 18 months of probation and ordered to obtain counseling.

Tyree Tilson, 19, of 50 Murray St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to breaking and entering. He was sentenced to a five-year deferred sentence and ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. A no-contact order was also filed.

Andre Torres, 31, of 50 Perrier St., Providence, pleaded did not appear on a charge of driving without a license. He was fined $250 and a warrant for his arrest for failing to appear was issued.

Elizabeth Watson, 30, of 664 Knotty Oak Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to trespassing and malicious damage. The charge was dismissed.

Jeffrey Baris, 49, of 7 Daniel Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 10.

David A. Giorgio, 46, of 1673 Cranston St., Cranston, entered no plea to a charge of felony assault. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 29.

Nicholas A. Iannitelli, 19, of 4 Regalwood Drive, Coventry, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of class C fireworks. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 17.

Carlos Loaces, 348, of 224 Eastwood Ave., Providence, pleaded innocent to a charge of placing harassing telephone calls. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 17.

Jason W. Longo, 34, of 128 Colvintown Road, Coventry, entered no plea to charges of shoplifting disorderly conduct and felony assault with a deadly weapon. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance until a screening conference Sept. 8.

Robert P. Lynch, 1765 Division Road, East Greenwich, pleaded innocent to a charge of driving under the influence. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 10.

Jaime L. Robar, 34, of 3 Leomine Ave., West Warwick, pleaded innocent to receiving stolen goods and obtaining money under false pretenses. She was released on $1,500 surety bail until Sept. 10.
