Coventry Court Log: DUI Second Offense, Disorderly, Suspended Licenses
The following cases were heard in Third Division District Court last week.

Anthony J. Alexander, 23, of 306 Town Farm Road, Coventry, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. The charge was filed for one year and he was ordered to pay court costs.
Katelyn A. Carroll, 22, of 151 Cottage Grove Ave., Warwick, pleaded no contest to driving with a suspended license. She was fined $250 and ordered to pay court costs. A warrant was issued for failing to appear in court.
Jaye Gaulien, 44, of 48 Mapledale St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to driving with a suspended license. The charge was dismissed and her license was reinstated.

Christopher Hutter, 23, of 38 Prospect Ave., Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic malicious damage. The charge was dismissed.
Marco J. Johnston, 21, of 920 Town Farm Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic assault, domestic malicious damage, domestic obstruction of a telephone and domestic disorderly conduct. The charges were dismissed at the victim’s request.

Rosemary Lyons, 62, of 408 Plain Meeting House Road, West Greenwich, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence second offense. She was fined $900, her license was suspended for 15 months, she was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service and attend DWI school. A charge of refusing a chemical test was dismissed.
Adam Rathbun, 19, of 18 Liena Rose Way, Coventry, pleaded innocent to leaving the scene of an accident and possession of a knife greater than 3-inches in length. The case was filed for one year, he was ordered to pay restitution and complete 20 hours of community service and pay court costs. He also agreed to forfeit the weapon.
