Coventry Court Log: DUIs, Eluding Police, Shoplifting
The following cases were heard in Third Division District Court on Aug. 19, 2015.

Anthony J. Alexander, 24, 306 Town Farm Road, Coventry, pleaded no contest to eluding a police officer and refusing a chemical test, second offense. He was sentned to one-and-a-half years in prison, suspended; his license was suspendeed for a year-and-a-half, he was ordered to obtain substance abuse counseling, complete 75 hours of community service and pay a fine. Charges of driving under the influence, second offense; and driving with a suspended license were dismissed.
Alana Corrado, 39, of 28 Kent St., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to refusing a chemical test. Her license was suspended for 30 days, she was fined $936, ordered to attend DWI school, complete 10 hours of community service and use an ignition interlock system for six months upon the reinstatement of her license. A charge of driving under the influence was dismissed.

Mariah Hedger, 23, of 150 Austin Farm Road, Exeter, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and trespassing. She was sentenced to one year of probation for each charge and fined $30.
Clay A. Petschke, 42, of 29 Pilgrim Ave., Apt. C, Coventry, pleaded no contest to obstruction of justice. The case was filed for one year.

Healther M. Ruge, 26, of 119 Washington St., Apt. 2, West Warwick, pleaded no contest to shoplifting and conspiracy. She sentenced to two years, suspended, and fined $500.
Christopher Thomas, 42, of 1 Nichole Lane, Coventry, pleaded no contest to driving under the influence. She was fined $100, ordered to complete 10 hours of community service, her license was suspended for 30 days and she must attend DWI school.
Jake W. Austin, 19, of 78 Maple St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to possession of a bludgeoning device. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 9.
Britany R. Blake, 27, of 24 Matteson St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to disorderly conduct. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 9.
Dennis Boccanfuso, 57, of 5 Leigha’s Lane, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic assault. She was released on $5,000 personal reocognizance until Sept. 9. A no-contact order was issued.
[Name Withheld], 47, of Coventry, pleaded innocent to driving under the influence and reckless driving. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 9.
Eric S. MacKinnon, 41, of 4469 Flat River Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to driving with a suspended license, domestic assault and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on $6,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 9.
Nicholas D. Pruenca, 20, of 47 West Warwick Ave., West Warwick, pleaded innocent to obtaining money under false pretenses. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 9.
Kelly L. Thurber, 39, of 664 Knotty Oak Road, Coventry, pleaded innocent to domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct. She was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until Sept. 9.
