Coventry Court Log: DUIs, Felony Breaking and Entering, Domestics
The following Coventry court cases were heard in Kent County District Court on May 13.

Michael R. Blalock, 26, of 77 Vale Drive, Coventry, pleaded no contest to resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year at the Adult Correctional Institutions in Cranston, 30 days to serve, 11 months suspended. He was also sentenced to probation and ordered to obtain counseling. The disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.
Colleen M. Dante, 47, of 137 Pilgrim Ave., Coventry, pleaded no contest to domestic assault, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence. She was sentenced to one year of probation, ordered to obtain counseling, fined $100, her license was suspended for 30 days and she was ordered to complete 10 hours of community service. She was also ordered to attend DWI school.
Domique Eccleston, 45, of 9 Ladd St., East Greenwich, pleaded no contest to refusing a chemical test and driving under the influence, second offense. He was fined $900, ordered to enter an alcohol treatment program, complete 10 hours of community service, his license was suspended for 90 days and he will be required to use an ignition interlock system for 12 months upon reinstatement. The DUI charge was dismissed.

Timothy Johnson, 52, of 65 Sheffield Ave., West Warwick, pleaded no contest to conspiracy. He wa sentenced to one year at the Adult Correctional Institutions, six months to serve.
Katelyn A. Malloy, 23, of 72 Dayna Drive, West Greenwich, pleaded no contest to refusing a chemical test and driving under the influence. SHe was fined $900, ordered to complete 10 hours of community service and her license was suspended for 30 days. She must use an interlock system for seven months upon reinstatement. The DUI charge was dismissed.

Jose Marte Ovalle, 50, of 11 Prumgansett St., Providence, pleaded no contest to driving without a license. He was fined $250.
David M. Nerney, 38, of 41 Willow St., Coventry, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to six months probation. A no-contact order was issued.
Charles R. Stanton, 56, of 815 Tiogue Ave., Coventry, pleaded no contest to domestic disorderly conduct and domestic assault. He was sentenced to six months of probation and a no-contact order was issued.
Rachchena Thun, 29, of 20 Pezzullo St., Johnston, pleaded no contest to shoplifting. The case was filed for one year and she was ordered to pay $50 to the Victims of Crime Indemnity Fund.
Kamilah T. Atkinson, 23, of 44 Dion Ave., Coventry, pleaded innocent to a charge of violating a no-contact order. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance until a May 21 hearing.
Joseph Castro, 19, of 25 Boston St., Coventry, entered no plea to charges of breaking and entering, resisting arrest, obstructing a police officer and trespassing. He was released on $2,500 surety bail until an attorney general screening conference on June 22.
Heidi J. Cetenich, 44, of 348 Old Plainfield Pike, Foster, pleaded innocent to charges of larceny, credit card fraud and conspiracy. She was released on $2,000 surety bail until May 27.
Ryan D. Donovan, 28, of 215 Lake Drive, West Greenwich, pleaded innocent to charges of leaving the scene of an accident and reckless driving. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until May 27.
Eric J. Kiselica, 37, of 68 Gervais St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to charges of domestic malicious damage and domestic disorderly conduct. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance until May 27. A no-contact order was issued.
Kulh Lizardza, 26, of 449 Elmwood Ave., Providence, pleaded innocent to a charge of shoplifting. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until May 27.
Thomas W. Villella, 32, of 103 South Main St., Coventry, pleaded innocent to charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and driving with a suspended license. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance until May 27.
