Coventry Fire District Chief Under Scrutiny after Target 12 Investigation
A months-long investigation by Target 12 showed what appeared to be Chief Paul Labbadia drinking, smoking pot and golfing repeatedly.

A lengthy Target 12 investigation released Thursday night revealed allegations that Coventry Fire District Chief Paul Labbadia has routinely consumed alcohol during the day, spent hours upon hours on the golf course during daytime hours and even smoking pot on undercover video.
The months-long investigation showed Labbadia using his department-issued SUV to hit the golf course, often for hours at a time, as well as park at a local watering hole where he drank beers before driving back to the fire station.
In one month alone, the investigation showed that Labbadia went to the golf course no less than 10 times in October alone.
