A Coventry man who asked that we not reveal his identity has won $35,000 from the Rhode Island Lottery.The Rhode Island Lottery Commission said that the man bought the winning "Winter Windfall" scratch-off ticket from Murphy's Mobil on Flat River Road in Coventry. The man said he hasn't started his Christmas shopping yet and planned to spend some to put a down payment on a new car. The rest will go in the bank.
