Coventry: November Arrest Log

Here is the police log for November.

COVENTRY, RI—Police released the arrest log for the past month.

Mark E. Bonome, 52, of Coventry, was charged on Nov. 11 with Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (blood alcohol content unknown); refusal to submit to a chemical test; speeding (one to 10 mph over the posted limit), first offense; and laned roadway violations.

Matthew J. Alix, 28, of Seekonk, Mass., was charged on Nov. 10 with Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, blood alcohol content unknown; refusal to submit to a chemical test; presence of alcohol beverages while operating or riding in a motor vehicle, first offense; Speeding (more than 11 mph), first offense; inspection sticker violation; and laned roadway violations.

Peter Rivera,27, of Providence, was arrested on Nov. 10 for shoplifting and for resisting arrest.

On Nov. 9, Stephanie L. Dion, 29, of Coventry, was charged with driving on a suspended license, her third offense.

Charles Howell, 36, of Coventry, was charged on Nov. 9 with shoplifting, a misdemeanor. On the same date he was also charged with disorderly conduct.

Nathan R. Fay, 18, of Warwick, was arrested on Nov. 8 and charged with the following: Driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, first offense, .15/greater;Reckless driving, drag racing, eluding police, first offense; and with violations of Town bylaws: Change of address, failure to notify; Owner/operating without evidence of insurance, first offense; No seat belt; License to be carried and exhibited on demand; Interior lights to be operated during police stop.

On Nov. 8, Mary Katherine W. Caluori, of North Scituate, was charged with possession of Xanax; with marijuana possession (1 oz. or less; and with driving on a suspended license.

Nancy A. Kent, 55, of Coventry, was charged on Nov. 8 with driving in possession of controlled substances and reckless driving.

Alan J. DelMastro, 36, of Coventry, on Nov. 8 was charged with falsification of a prescription.

On Nov. 6, David A. Savastano, 25, of Coventry, was charged with Duty in Accident, resulting in damage to a highway fixture. He was also charged with operating an unregistered vehicle and operating without evidence of insurance, his first offense.

On Nov. 5, David B. Cornell, 59, of Coventry, was charged with driving on a suspended license, first offense; speeding by 11 or more mph, first offense and laned roadway violations.

Eric P. Petit, 32, of West Warwick, on Nov. 4 was charged with driving after his license was suspended, third offense.

Michelle Lynn Stacy,43, 0f Coventry, was charged on Nov. 4 with Domestic Simple Assault and Battery; and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

On Nov. 3, Ben Howard Gourneau, 39, of West Warwick, was charged with two counts of attempted breaking and entering - burglary, and with resisting arrest.

Keith S. Arnold, 25, of Coventry, on Nov. 1 was charged with domestic vandalism/ malicious injury to property and domestic disorderly conduct.

On Nov. 1, Zachary R. Ryan, 25, of West Warwick, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault and Battery and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Nicholas J. Spenard, 23, of West Warwick, was charged on Nov. 1 with Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (blood alcohol content unknown); and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Emily Meyer, 41, of Warwick, was charged on Nov. 1 with Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (blood alcohol content unknown); refusal to submit to a chemical test; tire treads/ defective tires.

Earlier, on Oct. 14, Nicole M. Perue, 27, of West Warwick, was accused of passing counterfeit money. The arrest date was not available.
