Coventry Police: Canons Will Fire 3 Blasts On Saturday, July 29
Police are letting residents know well in advance about some noise scheduled for Saturday's event at Maj. Gen. Nathanael Greene's Homestead.
COVENTRY, RI — Police are advising residents to expect loud noises Saturday, July 29 between 2:30 and 3 p.m. The Nathanael Greene Homestead is celebrating its namesake's 275th birthday. Expect a three cannon volley during the event, police said.
