Out of Order (First Reported 5/22/17)

Timothy J. Ring, 31 or 32, of East Greenwich, was cited for Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense, and charged with Obstructing an officer.

July 20

Justin C. Roberts, 32 or 33, of Westerly, was charged with misdemeanor Shoplifting; Conspiracy; and Obtaining Money (under $1,500) under false pretenses.

Sean Amaral, 50 or 51, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; Reckless driving (drag racing, eluding police); and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.


July 21


Christina Kellyhunter, 66 or 67, of West Warwick, was cited for Driving after her license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense; and Driving when the registration is cancelled.

Thomas A. Mullen, 30 or 31, of Coventry, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault or Battery; and Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

Andrew A. Gelinas, 32 or 33, of West Warwick, was taken into custody on a bench warrant. He was also charged with Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, third offense; Driving with a suspended license; and Driving without evidence of insurance, first offense.

Jordan Reed Tartaglia, 18, of Coventry, was charged with two counts of drug possession (Schedules I, II,III, IV & V); Possession of marijuana (1 oz. or less by person over 17); and Speeding (1 to 10 mph in excess of posted speed limit), first offense.
