Timothy M. Dugan, 52 or 53, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test.

Nathan S. Harrington, 22 or 23, of Coventry, was charged with Resisting arrest; Obstructing an Officer; and Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended.

Jeffrey Steven Lemois, 4o or 41, of Coventry, was cited for Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended.

Brenton Jefferey Spaulding, 29 or 30, of Warwick, was cited for Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended.

Christine Fogarty, 48 or 49, of Cranston, was taken into custody on a bench warrant.
