Coventry Police Log: Recent Arrests Through Feb. 11

Coventry police have released the log for the period from Feb. 5 to Feb. 11.

COVENTRY, RI — Here are the arrests for the period from Feb. 5 to Feb. 11.

Feb. 5

Kellie J. Sanchez, 23 or 24, of West Warwick, was charged with Simple Assault and Battery and with Disorderly Conduct for an incident reported on Feb. 3.

Rebecca A. Clark, 33 or 34, of Coventry, was taken into custody on a Third District Court bench warrant.

Feb. 6

Ryan J. O'Brien, 31 or 32, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; Carrying alcohol while operating or riding in a motor vehicle, first offense; Right half of road (Leaving lane of travel); Speeding (1 to 10 mph over the posted speed limit), first offense.

Michael Iarocci III, 34 or 35, of Coventry, was charged with Breaking and Entering (into home of person over 60, while resident is home).

Gloria O. Tiberi, 53 or 54, of Coventry, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant.

Joseph T. Oliveira, 53 or 54, of Coventry, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault and Battery; Domestic Disorderly Conduct; Domestic Vandalism, malicious injury to property; and with Domestic Refusal to Relinquish Telephone.

Feb. 7

Montres Whitehead, 35 or 36, of Providence, was charged with Driving after license was revoked or suspended and with Speeding (1 to 10 mph over posted limit), both first offenses.

Katrina L. Marshall, 29 or 30, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving after license was revoked or suspended, first offense.

Corey O. Sabatini, 27 or 28, of North Kingstown, was charged with Driving after license was revoked or suspended and with Speeding (1 to 10 mph over posted limit), both first offenses.

Glenn Matthew O'Brien, 35 or 36, of Murtle Beach, S.C., was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; Carrying alcohol while operating or riding in a motor vehicle, first offense; Speeding (1 to 10 mph over the posted speed limit), first offense.

Feb. 7 or Feb. 8 (for incidents reported earlier)

Christopher D. Wood, 22 or 23, of West Warwick, was charged with violating a no contact order.

Feb. 8

Nicholas Iarocci, 32 or 33, of Coventry, was arrested on a bench warrant.

Anita A. Bruno, 42 or 43, of Cranston, was charged with Driving after license was revoked or suspended, first offense.

Kevin R. Studley, 21 or 22, of Coventry, was charged with Larceny under $1,500.

Feb. 8 or Feb. 9 (for incidents reported earlier)

Kristopher T. Richard, 20 or 21, of East Greenwich, was charged with Assault with intent to commit a felony; and with Shoplifting for an incident on Feb. 7.

Jason M. Fernandes, 30 or 31, of Cranston, was charged with Driving without a license (or with an expired license), third offense; and with Operating an Unregistered Snowmobile/ Recreational Vehicle for an incident on Feb. 7.

Feb. 9

Damon C. Poydras, 38 or 39, of Coventry, was charged with Obstructing an officer; resisting arrest; Domestic Disorderly Conduct; Domestic Simple Assault and Battery. He was also wanted on a bench warrant from Third District Court.

Feb. 11

Frank E. Tavares, 40 or 41, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the influence, first offense; and Refusal to submit to a chemical test.

William A. Merelli, 27 or 28, of Johnston, was charged with Vandalism, malicious injury to property.

Joseph T. Oliveira, 53 or 54, of Coventry, was charged with violating a no contact order.

Michael G. Pickering, 27 or 28, of Coventry, was charged with Driving after license was revoked or suspended, third offense; and with operating an unregistered vehicle for an incident reported Feb. 8.
