Coventry Police: Recent Arrests

COVENTRY, RI — Here are the recent arrests. The list covers April 21 through April 29. Information is from the police log.

April 21

Robert J. Gateriewictz, 19 or 20, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense, and with Operation of an unregistered vehicle.

April 24

David A. Walker, 47 or 48, of Scituate, was charged with Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense.

April 25

Matthew R. Palmer, 27 or 28, of Coventry, was charged with Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, second offense; Operation of an unregistered vehicle; and Operating without evidence of insurance, first offense.

April 27

Anthony C. Woodard, 28 or 29, of Providence, was charged with Manufacturing/Posession/Delivering (Schedule I and II) drugs; Driving without a license (or with an expired license), second offense; and lane violations. He was also wanted on an arrest warrant.

John J. Luca, 40 or 41, of Coventry, was charged with Driving under the Influence, first offense; Driving after his license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense; Refusal to submit to a chemical test; Speeding (11 or more mph over the posted limit); Illumination of rear plate; Refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test.

April 28

Ranin Gamal Elgamal, 22 or 23, of Queens, N.Y., was charged with Identity fraud (counterfeiting/forgery); Attempted larceny over $1,500; and Conspiracy.

Heather A. Moran, 39 or 40, of Coventry, was wanted on a bench warrant from Third District Court.

Crystal N. Laroche, 19 or 20, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving after her license was denied, revoked or suspended.

Aidan Max McGuirk, 18 or 19, of Coventry, was charged with Domestic Simple Assault and Battery; and with Domestic Disorderly Conduct.

April 29

Jodi A. Hayes, 41 or 42, of West Warwick, was charged with Driving after the license was denied, revoked or suspended, first offense.

Tiffany Malek, 28 or 29, of West Warwick, was wanted on a bench warrant from Third District Court.

Joao P. Furtado, 41 or 42, of Coventry, was wanted on an arrest warrant.
