Coventry Wellness Community to Host CPR Course Wednesday

The Coventry Wellness Community will once again be hosting a CPR training course for anyone interested in renewing their certification or simply learning this invaluable, life-saving skill. 

The course will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at the Coventry Town Hall Annex, located at 1675 Flat River Road.

Participants who complete the 2-hour course will earn a 2-year American Heart Association Heart Saver CPR certification for just $25. Payment may be made on the night of the class. Checks should be made out to "Coventry Wellness Community".

It is possible to keep the cost of this program low because all instructors have donated their time. All proceeds from these certifications will be used to fund Coventry's HeartSafe Community program, which recognizes communities that meet joint requirements from the Rhode Island Department of Health and the American Heart Association.
