Definition of insanity here in CCFD

There are just 48 days until the CCFD is closed and there still is no plan in place (that we know of and can have faith in) to make sure the families and businesses in the District are properly covered. 

The individuals that were elected to the current Board claimed to have a plan, then claimed to be working on a plan, then ultimately couldn't come up with a plan that worked.
So the Judge told them to stop planning and start making their way towards the door.
But now we know what the plan is by doing some checking online with the RI Secretary of State's office. The same Board members that couldn't handle their elected duties have filed incorporation papers and want to try their hand again at running a fire district under a different name. Are they really fulfilling their obligations to CCFD anymore or just using the District as a platform for political agendas and rhetoric?
