Disseminating Porn/Obscene Material, 2 Hit-And-Runs: Coventry PD Log

COVENTRY, RI — The following people were arrested by Coventry police between March 12 and March 17.

March 12

Kurt Marschall, born in 1985, of West Warwick, was charged with duty to stop after an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle, interval between vehicles-following too close and owning/operating without evidence of insurance.

Earl Michael Gilligan, born in 1983, of Coventry, was charged with manufacturing/delivering/possessing with intent to distribute a schedule I/II controlled substance, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, two counts of weapons other than firearms prohibited and three bench warrants issued from Third District Court.

March 13

Scott Oliver, born in 1996, of West Warwick, was charged with duty to stop-accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle.

March 15

Nicole Monique Dennis, born in 1977, of Warwick, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault and/or battery, domestic violence-vandalism and domestic violence-disorderly conduct.

Jordy Lopes, born in 2001, of Providence, was charged with a bench warrant out of Sixth District Court.

March 16

Robert Kelly, born in 1974, of Scituate, was charged with DUI liquor and operating a motor vehicle when registration is suspended.

Ariana Terilli, born in 1995, of Coventry, was charged with unauthorized dissemination of indecent material (pornography/obscene material).

Courtland Esquilin, born in 2003, of Coventry, was charged with conspiracy.

March 17

Brittani Holland, born in 1990, of Coventry, was charged with DUI liquor and laned roadway violations.
