The ducklings were trapped in a catch basin. Coventry's Animal Control Officer and the public works department teamed up on a rescue.
COVENTRY, RI — The ducklings were trapped in a catch basin. Coventry's Animal Control Officer and the public works department teamed up on a rescue. They also had a little help from William Anthony Excavation, of North Kingstown, in the right place at the right time.
