Felony Assault, Gun Charges While Intoxicated: Coventry Police Log

COVENTRY, RI — The following people were arrested by Coventry police between Feb. 26 and March 1.

Feb. 26

Christopher Kelly, born in 1987, of Hope, was charged with domestic violence-simple assault and battery and domestic violence-disorderly conduct.

Osman Munoz, born in 1990, of Coventry, was charged with domestic violence-vandalism and domestic violence-disorderly conduct.

David Kupstas, born in 1973, of West Greenwich, was charged with DUI drugs/alcohol (first offense), refusal to submit to a chemical test, passing vehicle proceeding in opposite direction and laned roadway violations.

Trisha Pigeon, born in 1986, of West Warwick, was charged with shoplifting.

Feb. 27

Damian Chandronnet, born in 1994, of West Warwick, was charged with possession of a schedule I-V drug (10 grams or less) and driving with a revoked/suspended/canceled license.

Elijah Cyr, born in 2002, of Cranston, was charged with shoplifting.

March 1

Ryan Noel, born in 1987, of Coventry, was charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon or substance, license or permit required for carrying a pistol and carrying a weapon while intoxicated.

John Dias, born in 1992, of West Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Brian Moulton, born in 1992, of Coventry, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Hannah Salisbury, born in 2000, of Warwick, was charged with disorderly conduct.
