Fire & EMS Contingency Plan

When will the residents be informed of any potential contingency plan that will provide 24 hour, 7 day a week fire & ems service that we as residents of Coventry deserve?  There seems to be a cloak of secrecy in regards to this topic.  Perhaps the Town Manager & Town Council could step to the plate and work out a plan to salvage the CCFD.
